Enterprise Architecture  & Business Process Management Consultancy and Tool Implementation

OBASA undertook the implementation of the BPM Tool, which encompassed several key phases. Initially, they meticulously mapped the existing business processes in accordance with BPMN 2.0 standards, meticulously documenting these mappings in a comprehensive Process Mapping standard document. Following this, they conducted a thorough Gap Analysis to identify areas where improvements and changes were needed, thereby outlining the future state (To-Be) business processes.

This transformation was grounded in a verified and updated Value Chain and was further refined through an agreed-upon To-Be process catalogue. To support this transition, OBASA developed a robust Change Management Plan alongside a detailed Change Management Engagement Pack. These resources were instrumental in introducing stakeholders to the project and its strategic approach, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

Throughout this initiative, OBASA adhered strictly to the TOGAF framework, leveraging its structured methodology to guide the implementation process effectively. Additionally, OBASA provided proficient project management services throughout the project’s lifecycle, ensuring milestones were achieved on time and within scope.
